Tulsa Group –
A Decade of Branding Beyond Square Feet

The Challenge
Tulsa Group first approached us to brand their Guwahati project - Temple Towers. Even before the brochure was done, they entrusted us with the branding of the entire group. What started as a one-project brief turned into a decade-long partnership.

The Idea
We helped Tulsa evolve from a real estate company to a values-driven brand. The core idea: “Think beyond square feet & live blessed” - brought alive through their now-iconic promise of **7 Wows**, including buy-back guarantee, clean ownership, defect-free handovers and more.

The Magic
Over the years, we’ve created it all - company profile, website, brand identity, exhibition stalls, corporate video and multiple project brands. Each piece was crafted with clarity and consistency, from impactful press ads to a corporate video with a refreshing narrative twist that broke away from the usual clichés.

The Result
Today, Tulsa’s brand presence is unmistakable. Their values are visible. Their identity stands tall - recognised, trusted and proudly different in a cluttered category. And for us? Ten years, countless deliverables and one very fulfilling collaboration.
