Arihant Printers - Theme: Life is a Celebration
The Challenge
For years, Arihant Printers produced wall calendars with excellent printing quality - but without a strong concept to lift them above the clutter. What they needed was not just decoration on a wall, but a reason to look up. That’s when they came to us.
We were honoured to be part of the Black Book.
Our word? “Negative.”
The Idea
We wanted to create more than just a calendar - we wanted to create a perspective. Something that went beyond marking days to marking meaning. We anchored the concept in a universal truth: life, in all its fleetingness, is still worth celebrating. Not through grand declarations, but through the small, profound rituals that cultures around the world cherish. We curated a journey through festivals - from the spiritual to the playful, the quiet to the colourful - each month a snapshot of how humanity honours joy, memory and togetherness. It was a chance to not just showcase culture, but to remind the viewer: every ordinary day holds a spark of the extraordinary.
The Magic
Each page came alive through design, poetry and print precision. Foil stamping, texture UVs and thoughtful layouts brought tactile warmth to visual celebration. From Bhutan’s sacred dances to Nigeria’s masquerades, the calendar travelled without leaving the wall.

The Result
The calendar was no longer a utility - it became a conversation. Clients noticed. Some lingered longer at the wall. Others asked for extra copies. For Arihant, it was a transformation - from capable printer to thoughtful creator.
And yes - it went on to win the PrintWeek Award.
Proof that when you give a wall meaning,
it gives something back.
