Sona @ PAMEX 2024
The only thing
louder than our design was the applause.
The Challenge
Sona Papers didn’t want another run-of-the-mill trade stall. No pavilion clutter, no
polite wallpaper branding. They wanted to stand out at PAMEX 2024 - but with a fresh twist. The
initial design we proposed made the client a bit nervous - "Are we looking more like a music label
than a paper company?" they asked. But to their credit, they trusted the instinct.
The Idea
We went loud - visually and metaphorically.
The core idea: "Blow Your Own Trumpet."
Because no matter how good your brand is, if you don’t tell your story, someone else will.
The stall featured a giant trumpet on the back wall, supported by campaign lines like "Who knows
you best?" and "Who is your best ambassador?" - with the answer landing squarely on YOU.
The Magic
We turned bright yellow chungi speakers (commonly used as street megaphones) into quirky
tabletop displays - painted, polished and impossible to ignore. We wrapped the entire booth in
sharp, bold graphics that were echoed across teaser creatives, invites and thank-you
posts - ensuring brand recall beyond the event.
The Result
The
stall was a conversation magnet.
Visitors came in out of curiosity, stayed for the fun and
left remembering the name. Even the client, initially unsure, admitted it was one of the most
effective and well-aligned stalls they’d ever had. Sona didn’t just display paper. They owned
their voice.
