DTC Skyler – Rule the Sky
The Challenge
The Joka region in Kolkata was witnessing a surge in villa and row house developments, but it lacked premium high-rise living options. DTC Group conceived Skyler as a landmark project of large-format duplex apartments - bringing villa-like comfort to the sky. The task? Craft a positioning that clearly separated it from typical high-rises or gated villas.
The Idea
We positioned Skyler as “Villas in the Air” - a home that gives you the space of a villa, the safety of a fort and the convenience of a residential complex. The tagline “Rule the Sky” captured the sense of elevation, exclusivity and ownership that Skyler offered.
The Magic
From the brand story to the brochure, every touchpoint was designed to evoke a feeling of living above the ordinary. The design was kept clean and premium, with bold typography, dramatic visuals and messaging that elevated the experience - both literally and emotionally.
The Result
Skyler found its place - not just in the skyline, but in the minds of a new audience segment looking for the best of both worlds. It offered villa sensibilities in a vertical format - and ruled the conversation in a crowded market.
