DTC Stillwaters – Life is a pond of lilies
The Challenge
Stillwaters wasn’t just another real estate project - it was a philosophy built on
slowing down, breathing deeper and rediscovering childlike wonder. The challenge was to create a
brochure that captured this emotion while communicating the scale, features and technical
details of a 3-tower, 5.1 acre development. It needed to feel luxurious yet poetic, informative
yet deeply sensory - something that stood out in a market full of generic real estate
collaterals.
The Idea
We anchored the concept on Stillwaters’ soul: the serene lily pond at its heart. The
brochure was crafted as an experience - not just pages of information. The idea was to let
readers feel the calm, the openness, the softness of the space even before they visited. Every
fold, die-cut, insert and line of copy was designed to bring the project’s rhythm of slowness
and inward growth to life.
The Magic
We created a multi-layered brochure with booklets, die-cuts and foiled accents that
mirrored the project’s quiet luxury. Soft textures, muted colours, reflective foils and organic
layouts echoed water, stillness and nature. Thoughtfully written storytelling – “Don’t Grow Up,”
“Don’t Rush,” turned the brochure into a journey. From amenities to floor plans, every section
blended poetry with precision, transforming technical details into emotional touchpoints.
The Result
A brochure that didn’t just describe Stillwaters - it embodied it. The design elevated the
project’s positioning, helping buyers instantly connect with its philosophy of calm living. It
became more than marketing material; it became a keepsake that set Stillwaters apart in a
crowded real estate landscape, capturing curiosity, admiration and a genuine sense of escape.
