Premier Town – It’s All About You
The Challenge
Premier Town was being developed on Pranami Mandir Road - one of Siliguri’s most sought-after addresses. While the location had natural appeal, the name and narrative had to deliver exclusivity without alienating a broad market. The client wanted to retain the “Town” suffix, consistent with their past projects, but also desired a fresh, premium feel.
The Idea
We developed the name **Premier Town** - clean, aspirational and in sync with the “Town” series. The communication theme we built the brochure around was simple yet powerful: “It’s all about you.” This wasn’t just another housing project - it was a reflection of individual dreams, choices and aspirations.
The Magic
The brochure design and tone elevated the experience. The layout, typography and colour palette leaned into understated elegance. Every page was about the buyer - their needs, their pride, their space. The brand language avoided cliché and stayed true to the idea of personal celebration
